Becoming a Client
Step 1: Schedule A Free Phone Consultation
If you’re interested in working with us or simply want to learn more about how we can help, the best first step is to schedule a free consultation with Lauren to discuss your digital marketing needs and goals.
Step 2: Select Your Services
Step 3: Sign Our Client Service Agreement
Once you choose your services, we’ll send you a statement of work and client service agreement via PandaDoc. You can sign and return the agreement electronically so there’s no lag time in getting started.
Step 4: Make Your First Payment & Complete the New Client Questionnaire
We’ll send you login details to make your first payment and complete a new client questionnaire through our website so we get to know you and your business better. You can revisit the client portal at any time to view past invoices or change your payment method.
Step 5: Get Set Up With Our Project Management Tools
As you’re working through the onboarding process, we’ll create workspaces in Slack, Asana or Trello (if you have a preference), and Google Drive for you to join at your convenience. These tools are free for you to use–all you have to do is create accounts with each if you don’t have one already–and allow us to communicate and share information seamlessly.
Step 6: Review Your Marketing Plan And Get Started
Based on our previous conversations and the answers you provide in the new client questionnaire, we’ll create a tentative digital marketing plan for us to discuss via Zoom. After determining your initial priorities and goals, we’ll ask for any necessary login information to access your systems, and then it’s off to the races!
We stay in close contact via Slack and may need to schedule additional calls as necessary to get your marketing plan off the ground. Once we are in a routine, we recommend a monthly check-in call to keep your marketing strategy moving in the right direction.
